We go through an in-depth series of questions to get a comprehensive assessment of how to best help you achieve your end goal. This is a vital part of the process. Getting together and discussing every detail helps us get an authentic feel for you, your family and your home and how we can create a custom design that seamlessly integrates with your lifestyle and the rest of your home. And if needed, it is during this phase that we can develop an entirely new plan to make your vision a reality. Don’t worry if you have no idea where to start or what to ask at the consultation. We can do everything with you on the spot, with no need to send notes and plan markups to architects and drafters in other departments. This streamlined approach gets our clients the most comprehensive set of plans and drawings possible while catching any details and call-outs that can either make or break a project. We use a “hands-on” approach to design, including selecting cabinets, countertops, flooring, custom tile, fixtures and textures, scheduling meetings with our designers to help create & ensure your vision, and facilitating the ordering and specification of all the materials needed for a successful project. We create a fully personalized plan and realistic 3D rendering that improves your space’s quality, functionality and flow. Clients will see the biggest difference between our approach and other design-build firms in this stage. We collaborate to bring your vision to life. We work closely with you throughout the process through electronic communication, remote login meetings and design studio appointments to get the best possible design on paper for you to review, evaluate and approve.

WE OUTLINE SCHEDULES AND ADVISE ON GETTING YOUR HOME READY FOR THE RENOVATION AND BUILDING.
During the planning phase, we will work to ensure that the details in your plans make it into the details in the written specifications. In our fully integrated management software system, the builder, designer, and client come together to find all project details, disclosures, descriptions and drawings applicable to the project. At this point in the project, special order materials will be ordered to ensure that everything needed to complete your project on time and per specifications is ready to go when it’s time to break ground. We handle all ordering, deliveries and quality control.

Our crew raises and sets the standard for the renovation & homebuilding industry. A great design without a great crew to execute isn’t good enough for us and shouldn’t be good enough for you. A combination of employees and subcontractors is on-site to build the project according to the plans and written specifications. Tradespeople will not be there to change the design, take shortcuts, or find the easiest or quickest way to pass a general inspection. Suppose there are any questions on-site or any need for possible variations. In that case, our team of professionals will educate and help our clients through the process, providing the care and attention to detail needed to move forward confidently.
